It's the default for the community, so if you don't have it turned off for your specific profile, it displays all cuts for the community like that.

ETA: Err. sorry, misspoke. I think it shows up that way if you just use the basic lj-cut without typing your own input.

apparently, if the cut isn't entered correctly it defaults to the adult content cut. there's some bug somewhere that does it - lj support told me after the last one.
