Where is everybody?!?

I know there was a discussion last year on whether or not to move the group off of Livejournal and onto either Dreamwidth or InsaneJournal, but I don't recall what the final answer was.

Did everyone move there (wherever there is), and not post here that that was happening? Is that why this group has gone dormant lately?

I don't believe that a follow-up was posted about any move. There's no equivalent on DW as far as I've found. (I believe a Facebook group was also being discussed?)

A lot of people have left LJ in the wake of the new TOS implementation. Many, from what I've seen, have gone over to DW. (I'm one of them, although I still check back over here out of habit.)

Otherwise... nah, I think it's just been quiet here? I can't imagine that everybody's RPs have been carrying along entirely smoothly, but they've probably been complaining more on Tumblr or something these days. :P

On the topic, for anyone else who's gone over to DW - happen to know of any interesting RP discussion communities? (Rants, or good-things, or just discussions in general.) I haven't really figured out how to properly search for things yet, and all I keep getting are actual RP comms instead of discussion comms, which is not really what I need in my life right now, hahaaaa.

My guess is Tumblr as well. Seems like most everything has moved there, sadly.

Yeeeah, I don't mind looking at Tumblr for some things, but it doesn't really seem like a platform that'd foster discussion very well. (Or, at least, the interfaces from a guest point-of-view for trying to follow the thread of a conversation feel very obtuse.)

I've brought it up privately recently about a move/co-comm at Dreamwidth. We'll definitely get back to everyone about it.
