Need some critiques

I need some honest, no holds barred critiques of one of the sites I admin. I don't want to post the link here because rules, so if you're interested in offering a critique, reply here and I'll message you a link to the site via LJ.

I just need some outsider observations regarding our rules, application process, general look of the site, etc. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get through all the questions.
