I play in a WoW guild whose plot centers around killing all these unbound disguised demons who have recently infested my server and for some reason have found myself on the pointy end of the general Sharpened Broom Handle 'o Server Hatred. I mean in the sort of way where I am now a bad person in real life because we killed your half-demon,

I'm really having a hard time understanding the issue here. If these are idiots on the same faction, you aren't killing their character. Game mechanics don't allow Bitchslaps of Righteousness yet. If it's alliance versus horde, hell, they deserve it for rolling on the enemy faction.

Then again, I play on a normal pvp server. A little explanation of the situation, please?

Basically we have a lot of people wandering around talking in demonic and openly announcing that they're the child of succubus or whatever - basically making it obvious that they're a demon. Usually we settle it in RP fights which often turn out with said character being resurrected at some point but hey.

Yeah, RP really doesn't change the fact that IC, the Burning Legion kills PCs and PCs can't kill retards of their own faction, but they can be bigger retards.

So it's okay to rp demons but not rp demon slayers? What if they wanted to RP that they were secretly in leage with the scarlet crusade and were actually slaying demons on orders from them?

There are all kinds of demons to slay outside of your own faction. And they're way less likely to be cyberalts.

Read my post, please. I never said either scenario was okay. Both pretty much go against game mechanics. The Burning Legion stabs you in the face, and retards on the same faction can only clutter up the trade channel with their ridiculousness.

There are plenty of demons to slay. Hellfire Peninsula is full of them. Slay real demons.

"I always let the person I'm RPing with decide whether or not they want the character to die. I allow for godmoding in situations where unless they godmoded they would die." I also let them duck out of fights and such if they don't want to.
