I would've thought she'd know better
So I have this particular OC that I've been playing in various games all across the internet for, oh... Nearly 10 years. I'd like to think he's pretty well developed, and he's easily adapted to fit into almost any setting, which makes him really fun to use. I still play with some people that I did when I first put together his bio, so they've been around for all of his development.
Now, I seem to be having a problem with one of those people I've RPed with for almost that whole decade.
She thinks it would be the hawttest thing evar to put my guy into a slash pairing, and has been pushing it for almost two weeks now, every day. To each their own, I guess, but there's just a few things wrong with that.
For one, my character is straight as an arrow. Yes, he grooms himself well and he cares what he's wearing. But he's also learned that a lot of women like a well-groomed, well-dressed man, and he is very much a womanizer. Those habits are something he's picked up because it makes it that much easier for him to catch the eye of whoever he's after this time. This other player has a character who was a former triumph (And really, that's all that most women are to him) so she should know that he lives and breathes to chase skirts. It just isn't in his character to be interested in men.
For another, I don't really enjoy playing slash pairings. Everyone's got their own niche, and I have nothing against slash or people who play it. It's just not my thing, y'know? I know she thinks het is boring, but your kink is not my kink, and I should be able to play my boring het pairings with my boring het character if I want to!
And of course, finally, the biggest reason she wants to do it is because she wants teh cybarz because, y'know, this M/M pairing would be the hawttest thing evar. And I do not do ERP. Not with anyone. Not even with my husband. So just....

And how do I get her to leave me alone? I really don't want to block her, but I've made it very clear that I'm not putting this character in a slash pairing, and she keeps asking and pushing. It's starting to get very annoying.
