Fourth Wall, Bucko

My game has a few rules in place. One of the more hated ones but one not going anywhere is that if your post is on an OOC nature, it cannot contain cussing. We're lax on what's considered a cussword, however. This rule is basically an enforcement of respect, as it's respectful not to cuss people out.

Sadly, we had a member who couldn't seem to grasp this. Nor could he understand "Don't flame people." So naturally, whenever he lost a fight he would scream six shades of bias. The mod was called bias, the rules, the admin who had nothing to do with it. He went so far as to use an entire page (12 posts) to cuss out the twelve year old playing the person who beat him.

Being a Head Admin, I stepped in and told em to knock the OOC off. I also stated the any future cussing or flaming would be an instant one week ban.

In this game I'm one of three HA, and only one of about 14 admin altogether. To get a ban through normally would mean a vote. And while the team couldn't deny he'd already earned a substantial ban for what he'd done in this thread, he had to push it.

And push it in the worst way. A post comes up from an IC viewpoint about a "supernatural c*nt" who was shoving around imaginary rules.

Hello ban town. Why the hell do people think they can get away with this crap? >>

serial fail, doing it wrong, drama llama, i didn't read the rules
