For the love of Gapp...
May I direct your attention, to a few key points about vampires in a Discworld universe.
Firstly, you are not invincible. It is exceedingly easy to (temporarily) kill a vampire in the Discworld. Wooden stakes do NOT splinter on your skin. Sure, you can easily recorporate later, but if you're staked, you're ash.
Secondly, vampires feel pain. When someone cuts you with a knife that's been soaked in holy water, it hurts.
Thirdly, any vampire in Ankh-Morpork that brazenly goes around killing and turning people is going to come to the attention of the Watch. Or an angry mob of vitalists.
When you're RPing a vampire in the Discworld, RP a Discworld vampire, not an Anne Rice/Buffyverse/Twilight/whatever vampire.
On a slightly related note, not stop fucking powerposing. Every other respected roleplayer here has the decency to not dictate how other people's characters react. That's for -us- to decide, not you.
