Teaching her horse to jump

Apparently this horse had never jumped until this girl got hold of her but all I can think is HOW she isn't refusing yet with the girl getting left behind and hitting her in the mouth after every jump.
Now lets look at the description, shall we?
"I am aware that Bella is on the wrong leg in someof these videos, I would rather stop my horse from breaking into a gallop then correcting her leg.

I'm really confused as to why she is a beginner jumping a horse which has never jumped before in a misfitting dressage saddle?
I'm even more confused is how she thinks she is a experienced horse person/rider? (she said this in one of her earlier videos)
