Morgan Orton BDD

I am in the same situation as everyone else who has dealt with Morgan Orton. I bought a factory girl for my birthday in June 2012 and enquired about a custom from her as I had admired her dolls for a while. She said she could 'squeeze me in' so I sent her my doll. At first I hesitated in posting a BDD because I felt sorry for her like everyone else, but as time ticked on I have waited until I had some free time to write it up but I can't find all my emails from her so il be brief and just state the facts. After her emailing me to tell me she received my doll a couple of months passed (I would say that normally I would hear from customisers a lot sooner than that) so I sent her an email just asking for an update. Time passed on with no replies and from reading other experiences we all seemed to get emails in september full of false promises. I replied a couple of times and I got another response around october saying she would have an update soon. Another few emails were sent from myself. The last one I got was early december saying that she would take some pics of my girl in the next couple of weeks and then get her out to me. I replied saying I didn't need pics she could just send me her and I gave her my address again. I had no reply and then I recently sent a message saying I would even drive out of my way to her to pick up my girl when i'm on vacation in Florida this year, to no response.
Stupidly after being in the hobby 5 years and knowing Morgan as being a valued and seemingly trustworthy member of the community I sent the payment as a gift. She asked for half of the payment upfront, then a few emails were exchanged that day and we discussed more ideas which of course cost me more. Even more stupidly, I was trying being very careful with *real life money* and I had the full amount in my paypal, so asked if I could send the rest just because I would rather spend paypal $ then £ from my bank account when the doll was ready. (I would not have been able to leave it untouched so I guess that is my own fault for being crap with money.)

Like everyone in the same situation this has been an added stress to my daily life. I wish we could all make a list of what we are owed and take some kind of action, I have spent enough time feeling bad for Morgan.
