Dear USA Customers -
We have received reports from some AOD customers that the USA retailer “Pretentious Resin” is taking orders for AOD products on her site but is not filling the orders. She is also not responding to any customer Emails! Both Aaron Egawa and factory have tried to contact Robin, but have had no responses from her! Her cell phone has been disabled so we can not contact her by phone either. Please do not buy from her site until we can resolve these issues or have heard from Robin herself. She has not ordered from us directly since March of 2008 which at that time we had filled her last order.
We will continue try to contact her via Email but at this time this is all we can do. We deeply apologize for this issue but can not control what an individual retailer chooses to do. We had already removed her from our site a while back since she had not placed an order with AOD in sometime. We will look to see if there is any way to contact her ISP about her site.
