Spent all day reviewing that sociology bullshit. The final is tomorrow. I'm hoping I can do well on it, since I've not done so great in some other aspects of that particular class.

Talked to the folks this morning, they'll be out to pick me up on Saturday. So, once I take care of my finals tomorrow (all two of them), I've got a few days to just chill. The final "Music Show" of the academic year is on Wednesday, then a buddy and I are putting together a show for Friday morning where we'll talk about Canadian music, celebrities, historical and political figures, and all kinds of other stuff.

My roommate left last night, taking his computer with him. Yes, he returned to Harrington for about 48 hours of partying then grabbed his computer and hopped on a bus. That crazy, crazy boy! Isabel and I went to see a production called "78" last night. Four original scripts were read aloud by a small group of readers, and the performances were followed by a question session for the writers of the plays. Each play was quite short, with the longest at about 25 minutes, and there very little movement on the stage. All the authors were from either the Fredericton or university community. We enjoyed it very much, although I think we both agreed that the two lighthearted, funny plays were executed a little better than the dark and unhappy ones. The one about the undergrad student who gets mad and puts a brick through a car windshield while his father is drowning in a lake somewhere and then is visited by the ghost of John Coltrane who tells him to salt his coffee and the undergrad student's sister is a chain smoker...a little sketchy. Still, the art of writing a play is pretty fascinating to me. I mean, just to think about the effort that has to go into simply creating realistic dialogue, and a good story to boot.

Ugh...by Saturday, everything around me will be in boxes and bags.
