i slept for 13 hours last night. right through my life. i am 100% okay with that.
for the past few months, i have spent a lot of my time with a girl named jillian, who i would say i'm dating, but she probably wouldn't say that. we work together, too. it's cool. she has had a really crappy few weeks, though, with family stuff, and things have been weird. i'm trying to be good about it, because she definitely needs a lot of support.
on saturday, jer came to hang out. we played Rock Band for 3 hours and got Thai food with heather and rachel and then went to a show at roboto. later, josh and i went to a party in oakland, and i left after about 4 minutes to hang out with lizzie. the party relocated to her house, and after everyone left, she and i stayed up talking until 7 AM. she is a perfect human being.
also, steve tims came over on sunday to talk to me for the first time in months and months. i'm so fucking relieved. he was one of my best friends for so long, and it hurt me a lot when he shut me out of his life. i think things are going to be really great.
later that day, i drove to indiana and hung out with my mom for a few minutes before going to johnstown with jonn to work on beagle club songs. being in a car w/jonn on the way to johnstown will probably be one of the things i look back on most when i am an old person. when i drove back to pittsburgh later, i felt really really hopeful about everything.
yesterday was a beautiful day, and after work, i sat at the wall for 7 hours. i was joined by lizzie first, and then by josh and then allie and then josh and miranda and then jonn and eliz and then mikey, and we (some of us came and went) all went to chipotle and dave and andy's and then stayed at the wall for a while. when we went to leave, mikey's bike lock was broken, so we spent like an hour trying to pick it to no avail.
today, after sleeping through everything, i went to the quiet storm with emily beck and her roommate, ashley. then mikey and i went back to the wall and i used his car jack to pry apart his bike lock. it took me like 10 minutes, and nobody said a word to us. kind of scary.
