Vlogathon 1: Why did you start watching Veronica Mars?
I started watching Veronica Mars because both Entertainment Weekly and TV Guide name it one of the best new shows of the season. I tuned into the original airing of the pilot, not really knowing what to expect. By the end of the pilot, I was hooked. The humor, the dialogue, the relationship between Veronica and Keith, Kristen's performance, the mysteries...Wow! It was one of my favorite pilots ever. I saw the Lost pilot a couple of days earlier. It was good, but the VM pilot was by far, so much better. I watched the Lost pilot once. I watched the VM pilot, like, 3 or 4 times the following week.
When reading the reviews and watching the opening credits, I somehow overlooked the fact that Rob Thomas created the show. After I saw "Rob Thomas" in the closing credits, I immediately went to IMDb to look him up. I was giddy when I realized that this Rob Thomas was the same Rob Thomas who created Cupid, one of my all time favorite shows.
