when I was 7
I was in my yard when when I was 7 and I found a baby bird that was knocked out of its nest. I picked it up and put it in towel and carried it inside my house. I made a nest like container for it and fed it special bird food from the vet and water. I had the baby bird for 3 days in which I took it to school with me and kept it in my desk, hid it from everyone, and didn't sleep much because I kept checking on the bird. On the third day I took the bird with me to the babysitters. I fed him at noon then fell asleep on the floor next to the container. I woke up an hour later and the bird was dead.
