A couple of 220 times

I've been feeling a bit ill for about a week. I cancelled my personal training session yesterday and took a short bike ride instead. Today I tried some jogging and that felt OK, so I did my dynamic warmup drills and tried a couple of 220 yard runs. I ran the first one in about 37 seconds and felt pretty comfortable, so after a 2 minute recovery, I put a little more effort in and ran the second one in about 34.5. Early last year I had my indoor time (2 laps) down to 31. It will be interesting to see if/when I can break that mark.
