Listen, I doubt the Deities are actually going to kill everyone who doesn't mark their door. Death here doesn't really work that way anyway. But I've been here long enough to know they will do something if you don't, and that something isn't going to be good.
[a soft sigh] I know they're cute, I know a lot of you have never had to do this kind of thing, and don't want to. That's okay. It's okay to hate what God and his Host make you do. But you can't... just wait and do nothing. You can't just watch it all and not act. Part of being human is helping and caring for your fellow man, right?
I'm seeing posts that say Xanadu has been spared so far. If you can't mark your door, and can't find someone who can do it for you, or invite you to their place, go there.
If you're sticking it out at home, and need some... butchering advice. I can help. First piece of advice - think knives, not guns.
