Cancer Sucks
So I learned last week that my mom has stage one cancer and since we got the news I feel like I have been in a fog. I had so many things to do but all I could focus on was that. Cancer runs in my family, it took my grandfather(mom's dad) a year after I was born and right now two of my great aunts are battling it.
I had hoped that 2021 would be better than 2020 but it isn't. I know my mom is a fighter and she can beat this, but it is just so hard accepting the fact that she has this battle ahead of her.
