So I have an idea where Ianto and Rhys both lose their memories due to an alien device. Ianto forgets everything about Torchwood and thus Jack and we learn he has a few hidden secrets like who his father really is and Rhys forgets Gwen and it explores if Rhys could fall in love with the Torchwood Gwen.

I'd read that! But I don't know if Rhys deserves to be saddled with Gwen all over again.

I'm glad to hear that. I really like the idea, originally it was just supposed to be Ianto but then my muse went what if it's Ianto and Rhys who loses their memories? I agree I like Rhys and want him to be happy and with someone who loves him fully.
