Here's an oldie!

1962
DC

This issue is all red-K all the time. After receiving a mysterious warning from beyond the grave, Clark Kent uses red kryptonite to change his body into the body of a baby. His mind and his superpowers remain. Don’t even get me started on how he is able to choose the effect of the normally-unpredictable red-K. The premise of the story makes very little sense, but the adventures of Superman in toddler-guise are pretty amusing, and I really enjoyed the portrayal of Superman’s banished (but still loyal) friend Mon-El. Backup story has Supergirl suffering from three different red-K effects. She grows a second head, gets death-vision, and changes into a mermaid. Not all at once. The main focus here is the mermaid bit. It doesn’t take long for Supergirl to get herself into an Atlantean love-triangle. As red-kryptonite stories go, these were fun, and the supporting cast had some surprisingly deep character development. There were hokey moments, as might be expected in an issue from the early ‘60s, but the book was entertaining from start to finish.
