100,000+ reasons to love LiveJournal / My life lately

Jun 10, 2005 15:05

This is the moment that I've been waiting for: my entry id's are now six digits long. (Alright, it's not that big of a deal, but I'm one to observe numerically significant days and events. For example, I think that when I graduate is extremely cool - any guesses as to why?)

Anyways, given that I have now written 375 entries, I should give props to LiveJournal for this amazing service. I doubt that I'd be as close friends with those who went off-stream from me after 1A (enigmaticdan, victory_is_me, a_chatterbox), I would have lost all contact with a few of my high school friends (_shewalks, kitkatxoxo), and I never would have really gotten to know these strange friends-of-friends (xtinnie, starinthesky15, kishmo). It really helped me pull through last summer when I was feeling isolated and away from everyone.

Thanks to maroon_lagoon for giving me an activation code back when they were still required. You rock, sis.

I apologise for the recent lack of updates. As I added to my userinfo page a few days ago, life is a bit too busy to be updating regularly at the moment. As such, don't expect too many entries this month since I'm buckling down and working hardcore at my schoolwork.

From Sunday through Thursday, theenforcer and I have been working on our Operating Systems project. That assignment is done (although I'm sure of how correct our solution is), so that's one less thing to worry about now. Four almost-all-nighters in a row is not healthy for you. Neither is two midterms on one day.
