ohmygod Garden State was amazing.
I really want to go again tomorrow. seriously.
and maybe take Andy on Sunday when he gets back, if he wants to.
or Tuesday on our last night even though I will not want to talk about anything but the movie.

everything about the movie was wonderful. I haven't felt this way about a movie since Eternal Sunshine ( Read more... )

aaagh ever since i saw the trailer for this ive desperetly wanted to see it, and now its not playing down here :(:(:(:(

i love the soundtrack too, those shins songs are awesome

did you see the same time that Matt and I did??? 8:45?? because if you did and we didn't see each other, that would be the most disappointing thing ever!

I agree, I loved it. Matt wasn't as hot on it as I was, but I understand why. it lost some of the feel and got sort of mushy towards the end, but yeah...it was great.

I WANT A COPY OF THE CD!!!!!!!!!

AHHHH, I loved loved loved the movie, as you know. Thank god for our independent film magazines b/c now we have fifty million movies to see. You have the icon I wanted and was trying desperatly to save correctly but it would only save as art. How did you doooo that??? You must tell me! Lol, so I stole your icon for later, don't worry, won't use for many many months.

Oh my god wasn't it amazing? I love everyone in it, even Method Man as the creepy hotel worker. Can I get a copy of the CD? That would rock my world cuz I just spend all of last night wishing I'd bought it instead of Modest Mouse (weird CD). PS we need to hang out sometime!

of course you can have a copy; it's better than the soundtrack thanks to my additions, too!

September 1, but I'll be in California all next week. But once I get back it's one and a half weeks of pure unadulterated free time (OK I lie, I'll be working a little). So we definitely need to find time to hang out, even if it is just to see Garden State again! *SO* good!
