[Naesala's face is looking more indignant and annoyed than ever, sitting on the observation deck with a feather swiveling between his fingers. One of his wings may or may not be awkwardly sticking out. Sothe really has no elegance at all when it comes to extra body parts. Once again his thieves' balance seems to have gone horribly awry]How is it

It's just a lot to say and I'm not one for talking. [snort] I'm not happy about taking over Naesala's body in general.
[but hearing about other worlds is an alright distraction] So, back in your world. Why would they need to distinguish you by city, isn't your country more important?
Reply
Oh, most people distinguish themselves by country. I mean, we do, too, but...I don't know, mine's just that special, I guess! [grins] But really, a lot of big, important cities do that. Like, you mentioned my accent. Only people from Birmingham or the area near it have this accent. Doesn't that sort of thing happen in your world?
Reply
Oh. [smirks lightly] Yeah, it sort of happens. Stuffy, obnoxious, upperclass people talk like Naesala, the poor talks like me.
...I have a Daein accent, I guess. That's my country.
Reply
Daein? That's a cool name!
Reply
[nods] It's true, for the most part.
[But there's some national pride at Oliver's statement there] It's a good country.
Reply
[grins] Yeah? What's it like?

[raises his brows, but then actually chuckles a bit] You're kind of like that doctor, asking questions. [shrugs then, or tries with those wings] The capitol city is pretty big. Not as big as other countries, but lots of people. Our country is rebuilding from two wars right now, so there's a lot of poverty and damage but it's making good progress. Daien is going to be a beautiful place again.

[blinks. did he just get compared to the Doctor?? sheepish] I...uh, well, sorry. [scratches his head, laughing faintly] You know the Doctor, then? I used to travel with him, so I guess we're both just...excited to learn about new places.
[frowns] Two wars, huh? I'm glad to hear they're over with. [smiles faintly] I'm sure you can make it beautiful again if your people are half as proud of it as you seem to be.
Reply
Yeah, the Doctor who doesn't actually cure people. Talked my face off. [But...wasn't such a bad guy so Naesala!Sothe only looks mildly grumpy about it]
Yes. Within 3 years of each other. [A small look of bashfulness enters here] Ah..yeah. They are.
Reply
Ah...well, good thing they're over, right?
Reply
Tch. I didn't say otherwise. Who am I to talk about titles and not fitting into them.
You're not bothering me. [Some certain people he knows would actually say this is good for him] Yes, it's a good thing.
Reply
[grins] Good! And good luck with the work.
Reply
[cue a shy pause here] That would be King Consort. Or it was about to be, right before I came here.
... Thanks.
Reply
[smiles] Yeah, anytime. [working in relocating refugees, he knows a little about what that sort of rebuilding requires]
Reply
I don't, er, sound, like much of a King do I? [He looks very proud of that statement]
[And just a nod is offered to that]
