Calling on Shinobi of the Leaf!
Important message for Konoha Shinobi.
First off:
Konoha Shinobi, I will be distributing a special tag to each of you.
These tags have chakra suppressing powers that may be used in the unlikely event of a Kyuubi crisis. Many of you already know about the demon fox sealed inside of Naruto and Naruko; some of you may have seen its chakra leak out and have witnessed it causing lots of damage. The chances of it happening here in the room are slim, but, as I'm sure Jiraiya-sama knows, I really do like to be prepared for the worst.
You will know if the Kyuubi's chakra is leaking out when an orange-red glow surrounds my son's or daughter's body and one or more fox-like tails appear. The more tails there are, the more dangerous it is for Naruto, Naruko, and everyone else in the Room. Not to worry though! Because you'll be equipped with one of my special tags of awesome! Just stick it on Naruto/Naruko while he/she is in the Kyuubi state and it should clear things right up. However, because this is a tricky and dangerous procedure, I need you to take extreme care!!
And one very important thing to note: the tags are not to be used when more than three tails appear. If you see more than three tails, come get me or Jiraiya. And then hide!!!!
I've made tags for the following people-- Sakura, Obito (1 each), Rin (1 each), Kakashi, Tsunade, Shikamaru. If you're from Konoha or an ally to Konoha who wasn't mentioned here but still want a tag, let me know so I can give you one.
And finally, Sasuke, I'd like to speak to you pleeeease.
