Woooooo Doggies!
If you've read some of the other posts, you know I don't particularly love this job as much as I used to. Well, today kind of re-kindled the flame a bit. A couple months back we had a webcam offer. Sign up for Comcast, get a free webcam. The webcam was actually pretty good too. Anyways, I get a call from this guy bitching about "Where's the camcorder you promised me?". This guy is totally ripped off his ass. He left sanity between the couch cushions about 2 pints ago. He was sheeted. I'm trying to explain to him that we can add his name to the mailing list and make sure that he gets a camera. He tells me he wants it right now. I try not to laugh into the phone. Well, we finally get to a point where he says "you send me the damn camera now or I want to talk to your bosssh!" I tell him to hold and get a senior on the phone. I was nice enough to warn the senior that the customer was loaded and abusive. The senior didn't believe me at first. Freakin classic Comcast moment though when you can't yell at the customer directly, but someone a 1/2 step above you can.
Needless to say, I don't think he's going to get his webcam.
