So I finally cut my hair after four days of postponing the appt. so I could get a few extra ZzZzZs before work (crazybusy schedule, more on that later). I also lightened it a bit, cause it was getting too dark for me. I remember when I was a kid, being out in the sun would naturally lighten it; but now that I'm indoors 8+ hours a day, and it's too damn hot to be outside, I figured it'd give mother nature a helping hand.
Pardon the expression, it was the only thing I could think of when I heard the cam capture shutter get to "one."
As far as work, it's like being in the mind of a schitzophrenic. Our asst. manager and the asst. manager of housekeeping are switching positions effective Monday. Compile on top of that the fact we have two new hires -- one's whose been there less than a week, and one that doesn't start until a week from this upcoming Monday -- and you've basically got three people that are starting from scratch.
Football season's coming up, which means -- with all the other shuffling in the staff roster -- it's going to be nonstop.
Okay, gotta jet now...work beckons tomorrow, and I'm itching to see SNAKES ON A PLACE (since I didn't get to Thursday night at midnight), so I might go see it at 10.

- Brian got arrested (at work) and we've not seen or heard from him
- Anayelli is possibly moving to catering within a few weeks
- John, my Hyatt queen sister, moved to D.C.
- I was 5th in senority order, but now I'm 2nd, with a possibility of being 1st
- Kenny, the resident hottie, just ended his 3-month probation period
- The two new hires, Mary and Sunny, are still very, very green
