H5-0 personal canon question
So I'm actually working on fic again, having gotten back into Hawaii Five-0. (I tuned out during the mid-/late-S2 "sophomore slump," but S3, while not without a few bad episodes, has reeled me back in.) Fic-writing has gotten me thinking about Danny's family. We know from canon that he has at least two sisters (1x18), and it seems safe to infer from 3x12 that at least one of them is older. Does anyone have any speculation or personal canon as to the number and ages? Canon's also told us (1x18 again) that his dad is a firefighter. Any ideas as to his mom's line of work? I figure she must have worked outside the home (in the private sector -- 1x18 yet again), simply because raising (at least) four kids on a firefighter's salary alone might have left them in desperate straits financially, which doesn't seem to have been the case. On the other hand, Danny's family is certainly not implied to have been wealthy, so I'm guessing Ma Williams' job wasn't, like, running hedge funds for polo ponies, either.
