Glas... What?
Just got home (actually I'm here now at the office). Watched Glas Menagerie with my new buddy Carlo! (luvyah, pare!) It was a great play. I love love love Laurice Guillen. Super aliw sya. I really don't have plans of watching it. First, no funds anymore, second, it's in Ateneo. Tamang lakbay ang katapat nito from Alabang to Katips. But if not because of Arnold who messaged me the other day about it, I really won't be watching. He invited me kasi and he'll give me 2 compli tickets daw. So, sino ba naman ako para tumanggi sa grasya? Hahaha. I invited my Kumareng Dyown (who's an Arnold Reyes addict!) kaya lang there was a conflict on her sched. Saka biglaan din kasi. Good thing it's my off today. So, I decided to invite Carlo to join me. He was supposed to watch this Saturday with his sister, but he decided to accompany me anyway. (Thanks Carlo!!!)
We decided on meeting at Quezon Ave. He'll be coming from work in Ortigas, and ako naman mula pa sa bulubundukin ng Laguna. Hahaha. Ngayon na lang uli ako nakasakay ng MRT kaya shokot na shokot ang lola mo at baka maligaw ever. Good thing, di naman nangyari yun at pagbaba ko ng Quezon Ave, eh nandun na si Carlo to meet me up. We hailed a taxi to Ateneo, and when we got there Arnold messaged me to look for JJ kasi nasa kanya raw ang ticket namin. Most ng nanood eh mga students. The theater is intimate din like HB, and ok na ok yung pwesto namin. I really enjoyed it, though, nabother kami sa ending. I recommend this play. You have to catch it. Promise!
When the play ended, gusto ko talaga mameet si Laurice Guillen, pero ang tagal nya lumabas. Magpapaka fangirl/boy pa sana kami ni Carlo but dumating na rin si Arnold and niyaya na kami umalis. Naloka ako kay Arnold dahil super ask ang Koya ng mga kakaibang questions about sa play. Parang nanghuhuli kung inintindi ba namin. Hahahaha.
Zee: Nakakapanibago naman yung role mo. (by comparing his role Jim in Glas from his other roles such as Dodong in ZZZZM, Dax in Payb/Siks and Kulas in Huling Araw)
Arnold: Bakit naman?
Zee: Wala... Nag eenglish ka eh. Hahahaha.
Arnold: Well...
Kaloka! but I really do recommend this play. As in. It will run until the end of Feb ata.
