The 7 quirky things meme just happened to hit me on one of those rare days I am actually checking LJ, so here we go. In no particular order...
1) No onions. EVER.
2) I can't sit with my back to the door of a restaurant. It just weirds me the fuck out. And I'm not worried about crazy serial killers or planes crashing into the door or anything else. No, I don't understand either.
3) No clowns. EVER.
4) I swab my ears. Like...a lot. Especially my right ear.
5) It has recently been brought to my attention that a good number of my sentences do not have endings so much as trailings off. It seems like that could be true but
6) When watching movies, I often link the characters to past performances and in my mind consider what I'm watching something of a sequel. The most recent instance (although not a film): Did you watch the first season of Heroes? Remember Claire (the cheerleader's) Cute little gay bestfriend Zach? Well, the actor is also playing the John Connor in the terrible TV Terminator series. So in my mind, the logical thought process was "Oh, that's why he disappeared from Claire's life. His mother made him move schools to stay away from killer robots from the future." And so forth.
7) Since I'm on about movies...When seeing a film in theatres, I always stay through the end credits. This, to me, is part of the entire package and should be eaten with the rest of the meal. When people talk loudly through the credits, it grates my nerves like they were talking over the opening sequence. Just go into the fucking lobby, assholes.
I'm sure there are tons more, but I was required only seven. So I guess now I tag, uh, you. Either here or in your own journal. Yours or more of mine if you can think of them. Or, you know,
