Sean = Big Chief

Things I am in charge of this semester:

1) Running the mediation class. I tell the other two teachers what to do, and they do it. I also give out the grades. This means I have minions.

2) All of ASP. I make sure the struggling students at the law school who need help get help. I also have to brow-beat my ASP mentors for reports on how their mentoring is going. More minions.

3) Chief editor of a law review article. That means the buck stops here. Even when it should have stopped some place else. More minions, but not the most cooperative ones. *insert grinding of teeth here*

4) Masterminding the defense in a bankruptcy trial. Although, in this case, one of my minions who has no idea of how to work in a team environment is making life difficult. She isn't trying to lead. She isn't trying to follow. And she certainly isn't trying to get out of the way. *insert more grinding of teeth*

5) Arranging temple trips for my ward. No minions. Just blessings. And the requirement that I attend the trips I arrange whenever possible.

And, well, that's about it. If that isn't enough. It feels really weird. It seems like I am always telling people what to do. I really hope I'm not stepping on too many toes, and that if I do, someone will let me know. Until then... well, I'll just soldier on.

law school, bossiness, responisbility
