Well personally I don't think you have anything to worry about. Those centile charts are based on the weight gain of formula-fed babies. Breastfed babies will naturally put on less weight, but are in fact even healthier than the formula-fed babies. As long is she is not actually *losing* weight there's probably nothing wrong with her. If you think that maybe she does need a bit more milk, try offering her the second breast once she's finished the first one - if you give her about 25 mins on each side then she should take as much as she needs. Some feeds she might only want one breast, other feeds she might empty both of them. If she was hungry at night then she would wake up herself, I don't see any point in waking her up to feed, especially not when she's just started sleeping through.

she's not losing, not at all..just not gaining "enough" in the dr.'s eyes...it's so confusing :(

these charts show (me) that hannah has actually gone UP in percentile(a very small amount, but she hasn't dropped, that's for sure!) :)

and really, 4 pounds in 14.5 weeks in not enough. She should have doubled her weight by now.
