pissed off at work...
If just ONE more person would leave the theater, we might have a decent staff. Tereasa, one of the supervisors, is such a bitch!!!! Here goes a rant on her so feel free to skip if you aren't interested. Tonight, Jason decides to call us into the office and discuss an idea he has. Saying he wants the employees in concessions to be in charge of theater checks and cleaning theaters and Tereasa goes off on a rant and is just so rude and mean about it. Saying she doesn't agree and in the end says "whatever, do whatever the hell you want......excuse my language". Where does seh get off thinking she has the right to bitch at the manager like that????? All night she has this attitude about her-taking charge of the employee meeting and not allowing Jason or myself any say in it. She tells employees we are not secretaries and should not have personal calls at work-then she has a personal call for 1/2 hour!!! Jason whispers to me "and she was the one complaining about personal calls?" Another of her "rules" was no standing around socializing..what does she do tonight? During our set she's standing in front of the concession stand socializing. Again Jason comments on it. She DEFINATELY woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She annoyed the hell out of me tonight, and I'm guessing Jason too. She's acting like she's the manager.
Then tonight, Bri and I are cleaning theaters and Tereasa follows Felicia around while she does inventory. I'm sorry but it doesn't take two employees to do inventory :?
I ranted enough about her to Adam tonight. It really pissed me off that she would talk to Jason like that. I would NEVER talk to him like that, or to any of my employees! Jason is one of the nicest managers EVER! He always makes sure to include all of us in everything he wants to do, asks for our opinions and thoughts...he is so considerate and I just hate when nice people are treated so badly...and she knows she can because he's too nice to say anything-as long as it's not a continous day by day thing, she won't get written up.
Lately, Adam seems to be more interested in the wedding :) We've worked out some vague details for now. I'm just sooooo excited to get married now :) I'm guessing we can go real cheap on most stuff-not cheap but inexpensive :)
