In other news, i began the slim fast diet on tuesday. i guess for variety and a challenge between jason and i.. if either of us can stick to it..
so, my routine is ideally
-one can early in the day.. (brunch i guess)
-one sometime later when im hungry
-if i've been up before 10am (counting one of the slimfasts as breakfast then)... a 'sensible meal', as the box indicates. i'm not really one who eats a bunch of junk food in the first place so its not too hard..
and i dont usually wake up early anyway
but it may eliminate my food anxieties i sometimes get over what to eat, whats in it, what i'll eat later if i eat this, etc... and $4 for a 3-day supply isnt bad at all...
i've never done a lose-weight diet before so we'll see if it even makes a difference..
i'll probably be getting more vitamins and calcium, etc than i ever do... since centrum makes me puke
