damn exams
this whole studying thing is not working in the least. studying for spanish is like trying to study for math. even if you know the formulas and have done it many times, each problem is different so no matter how many times you do it you can still get stuck and confused by one problem. i just want to take the stupid exam, fail it and get it over with. even if i fail i still pass, although just passing really isnt good enough for me...you know high-achiever and all. i dont want my gpa to drop to much. i mean i know its going to drop a little just because i had really easy classes last semester so my gpa was a 3.77 which i am very proud of and know that it will probably never happen again. i want to be done with classes and want to go home but i will be bored at home and i cant sleep in. assuming i find i job at some point in time. helen (friend from home) told me about a babysitting job available for the summer. i am really hoping that i can do that, that would be the best job for me because i have done that before and i know what im doing for the most part. i just dont really want to be a cashier or a waitress or something that just isnt my kind of job although i figure i can be a waitress if i have to. geez i found out my mom never had a job till she was out of college. thats ridiculous, if she didnt have to why do i have to. but at the same time it would be nice to be able to have some extra money and it will give me something to do this summer.
on another note, last night was incredibly fun. we went to mackado's to celebrate liz's birthday. mike got a brownie pie for desert, and mike, david, dena and i all ended up with whipped cream on our noses. liz got a picture of us touching our whipped creamed noses from above and it looks like we are kissing....not good...black mail..oh well hehe. then mike licked the whipped cream off david's nose and vice versa and dena licked it off my nose and vice versa. liz only got a pic of david and mike though. and then mike and david surprised us all but we mention that right now. and then we came back to 5th floor well i went to my room for awhile, but later the girls all had girl talk in the lobby until dan came in and refused to leave...whatever...we wont get into that either...and so we went into rachel's room. hehe it was a lot of fun. anyway i should attempt to study some more....maybe or procrastinate some more...whatever..
