21 weeks...

Today I went with Luke's mom out to lunch and to the Pleasant Hill Antique Mall to find vintage hankies. We found a bunch of cute ones to make Lydia's bed skirt and some for other stuff. I have felt really crappy the past couple of days though. I have a wisdom tooth growing in and my bottom teeth have been moving because I don't have a retainer. I have also just felt really achey and have a big lump in my neck that is probably a swollen lymph node. I made a doctor's appointment for Monday to get it checked out in case I need to take an antibiotic or something. I'm not sure what they will do since I'm pregnant.
Luke was nice and offered to give me a back rub and rubbed my feet. Awww. He is such a sweetie. Yesterday he was telling me how lucky he was that he found me and didn't have to wait until later in life to be with the person he loves. :) I'm happy about that too. I love Luke so much and am glad I don't have to waste any more time on pointless relationships. Luke and I and our baby will be the perfect family. Am I sad I don't get to party and hang out with friends and instead will be spending time with my baby and Luke? Never. I never really hung out a lot or drank/"partied" anyway. I like to be with Luke and my family- the people that really matter and care about me. I don't get sick of Luke and it doesn't matter if we are just at home doing nothing or out having fun because just being with him makes me happy. Our baby will grow up in a happy environment and will be the most loved baby ever and will always know her mommy and daddy love eachother too.

I made a hat for Lydi today too out of really silky soft bamboo Spa yarn that I loooove. I'm going to make matching mary jane booties. Crocheting is really calming and takes my mind off of my hurting teeth and muscles. Plus, it is fun to make things for Lydia and think about having her here and thinking about what she will look like...
I talk to her before I go to sleep and tell her about her daddy and what good care we are going to take care of her. How much we totally love her already and think about her constantly.

Your pregnancy: 21 weeks
How your baby's growing:

Your baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 10 1/2 inches long- the length of a carrot.. You may soon feel like she's practicing martial arts as her initial fluttering movements turn into full-fledged kicks and nudges. You may also discover a pattern to her activity as you get to know her better. In other developments, your baby's eyebrows and lids are present now, and if you're having a girl, her vagina has begun to form as well.
