last night the are between my hip and spine, on the same level as my spine problem, was bothering. felt like it needed to be popped or rotated or something. ended up going to bed because it was bothering me to sit. around 9 this morning it started really hurting again. to the point i contemplated taking a shiny pill until i remembered i left them at home. all i have is 800mg ibuprofen. which i will take with lunch. so i went over to longs and picked up the longs brand of the icy/hot patch. feels a little like a sticky boob. and its nice and warm... was cool earlier... and i hurt less... but i still hurt! fuck! can i go home?
