Never let someone else make you feel like you have to censor your own journal. Why do others read it if they don't like it? That's the part I never understood. If they don't like it, they shouldn't read it. They shouldn't expect you to change what you write in your own journal.
You know I share your love of Sailor Moon. And your disdain of the English dubs. Good luck w/the downloading! I know it's slow going!
Have you seen the original Japanese? If so, how far? Last night I found out that Smoon was originally a manga, and I read the English translation of Manga all the way up through Season R. OH. MY. GOD. It's a COMPLETELY different story. So much more in-depth, dramatic, bloody, intimate, etc. Usagi isn't a crybaby, Mamoru is in high school NOT college, when they died back on the Moon Kingdom it was completely different: Beryl murdered Endymion right in front of Selenity and she couldn't take the grief from knowing he died saving her, so she killed herself. And in the end of the first season she is forced to kill Mamoru and then kills herself AGAIN (but the sacrifice needed to happen and she's reborn with power, etc etc) Now I want the manga! But I'd need to learn Japanese... and that's too much work.
I have the first season on DVD and it's supposed to be uncut. I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. My good friend and I were both big into Sailor Moon and it's odd to watch it w/o her

That part of the post was about OD (www.opendiary.com) where I've been writing around four years. I'm really, really well-known there. In the mock Emmies I won "most educational" and in the mock rasberries I won "Most intimidating". I get around 40+ notes per entry and CONSTANTLY have people coming around saying that my very presence offends them, I'm a judgemental bitch, they did "x" and their kid is "just fine", I shouldn't care about how other people parent, etc... mostly this is in regards to breastfeeding. But I had a bunch of people freak out at me recently because I'm pro-natural birth and think people should be properly informed before they make a descision about painkillers

I wish I had time to hunt down and link something that said about this, because I know I'll butcher it, and it was so cool. But I want to say it went something like... oh, sorry, I will stop the 24-hr live stream of my journal into your personal computer...
it was classic. I broke it. Sorry! But you get the idea.
Poor lil baby! She hasn't caught a break! Still healing and now a cold. Sorry to hear that :-(
Don't censor yourself. It blows my mind since I've come here that there are people who feel they have the right to whine about what others should or should not include in their personal memoirs. MYOB, losers!
I wouldn't read people's journals if I didn't want to genuinely know what they are about... I am a people person, and nosy. But what good is being nosy if you only ever nose into stuff that someone planted for you? Never would I want someone's remarks to be swayed by the equivalent of polling! Who wants to go around agreeing with everyone all the time, anyway? Boring. Be yourself; you are kewl.

this is your journal, obviously something those people have forgotten. don't forget it, yourself. this is for you, not them.
