Smith College, Ann, and ruining childhoods.
I'm a high school senior, and since I'm going to a community college to start, I don't have to worry about this. However, my friends are getting their letters from all over the country. One of them has decided she's going to Smith.
Her: "Uhh, does anyone know anyone famous who went to Smith?"
Me: "Yeah. Ann M. Martin."
Her: "The Baby-Sitters Club author?!"
Me: "Per se. Most of the series was, well, ghostwritten and stuff...."
Her: "....."
Me: "Yeah."
Her: "There goes the last remaining thread of my childhood."
