Haha...yeah....I'm a quarter of the way through my currerent BSC stack and ready to start my bsc100 table...so I'm going to drive ya'll nuts with discussion questions, lol. Because I am loving this fandom and this group! :)
So my new question: What do you think was the saddest BSC death?
My knee-jerk reaction is Mimi, but I haven't read "Claudia and Sad Goodbye" yet. Claudia is one of my favorite sitters, so I do think it's really sad for her to lose someone so close. I'm almost glad I haven't gotten ahold of it yet, even though I really want to read it, because the same month I started getting back into and re-reading the BSC books, June 2010, I also lost my Grandpa. Even living in seperate states it was hard to get over, so I can only imagine what it would be like losing a grandparent that lived with you!
I just finished "Kristy and the Snobs" two nights ago, and I'm not going to lie, I bawled through the two chapters were they figure out it's time to put Louie to sleep and then when it happens. Thinking about it again is pricking tears. I'm supersensitive about animal deaths. But I was so glad they painted it as doing what was best for Louie even if it was hard for them. I hope if it gets re-released they do the same in the updated version
