I also really liked The Ghost at Dawn's House, Claudia and the Middle School Mystery, Starring the Baby-Sitters Club, and the portrait collections. I have actually never read any of the books from the Kids in Ms. Colman's class spinoff series, but I have been enjoying Karen more here lately so I might have to check them out. XD

KIMCC is really cute and better written than LS. I read a ton of LS before I moved on to BSC, and reading KIMCC is so fun because it features all the kids you know about from LS but don't know really well. It's like if there was a BSC spinoff about the other kids at SMS with, say, a book about Shawna Riverson, a book about Austin Bentley, a book about Miranda Shillaber, a book about Pete Black...

The PCs are awesome. One of my favourite scenes ever from the BSC is from Kristy's PC, after her dad leaves and then her mum gets her shit together and that first night they have a roast chicken with noodles. And Kristy twirls the slippery noodles around her fork. That always makes me hungry.

I'm happy you're doing this, I love your BSC icons :)

The PCs are the reason I feel any rapport with Abby. I never read any of her POV books back in the day (except for Super Specials with Abby chapters) except her portrait. Which is the right one to read, I reckon.
