[John will certainly spot her while doing patrol. He's well aware of the fact Batman is keeping prisoners down there, so seeing someone poke around the tunnel is an invitation for trouble. He'll be making his descent to have a word with her about her intentions.]

[Kiyone was busying herself with circling the tunnel's entrance, checking the edges to make sure they aren't prone to collapsing, when she spots John making his descent. That's ... hm. Definitely not something you see every day, but also not something unheard of or anything she's never seen before either. This guy also seems sorta-kinda familiar, but that doesn't matter much right now. She'll be standing up from her crouched position if he gets too close.]

[He'll come to a landing far enough away to give her space. She is a police officer, after all. But once he's no longer hovering in the air, he speaks up.]

[Now that he's addressing her, she gives him her full attention. There were very few people she gave her name to, and even fewer she told about her profession -- yeah, this is definitely the guy she spoke to on day one.]

[For whenever Kiyone finally manages to get inside and investigate the tunnels, she'll find the path to the cellblock locked off by a sturdy door. For now, Batman waits beyond the door on guard, currently doing research and experimenting with compounds to properly make smoke bombs to his precise specifications. Kiyone can deal with the locked door as she sees fit...]

[When Kiyone does come in contact with the door, she first tries to open it normally-- locked. Of course it's locked; it'd be weird if it wasn't. Looking around the surrounding area, there doesn't seem to be any keys hanging around or anything, so ...

... She'll try knocking, and hope someone happens to be behind that door. She doesn't have the necessary tools for lockpicking, and the last thing she wants to do is look suspicious.]

[...Well, that's unexpected. Normally people don't come out this far. He gets out of his chair and walks over to the door, unbolting a hatch to look outside. Kiyone's greeted by... well, Batman eyes.]
