The bums are getting more and more tricky each time. Last time, there was a guy who used the ol' "I'm in such poor condition, that if you were to leave me with only nickels and dimes, I would surely perish. Please don't be so cruel" strategy to trick people into giving him spare change. Very tricky indeed; people eventually decide that it would be best give him nickels and dimes so he doesn't get their paper money. If ever I am a bum, I shall invent and make use of the instant classic "Please, PLEASE don't merely give me a dollar, if I don't get a credit card or jewelry soon, I will most certainly jump the shark." to rake in paper currency.
