ok so I got back from vacation yesterday, which i guess was a good time well spent. I finished my first book, Persuasion, which is an amazing book. I love jane austen, and the way love always works out. Why can't real life be like that. where you have many intellectual conversations with a man, and then you realize that you're in love and then get married. I mean it's so simple, not at all like life in the now.
Yesterday I tagged along to a party. and I realized something, maybe I'm not really that social, which isn't a bad thing. I get along with numerous amounts of people, but a party with nobody I'm really close to except like two people, is not my cup of tea. It ended up being a fun night though. I've never hung out with Maren or camden before and they are pretty cool to be around. At first we hung around the party, danced a bit, then we blew it off to go swinging, and to drink hot chocolate. Me, camden, maren, matt, and mags all piled into a car and drove away, only to return in a couple of hours to a more risque kind of dance party. It looked to me like a huge orgy that I really didn't want to join. So naturally, mags and I just stole their cake and left. I mean what else would any sane person do. all in all it was a good night.
