Just an ol' fashioned random entry
Hey everyone. Its been a few since i did anything real of an entry. Well, here we go.
First, i want everyone to give a cool lj welcome to caisidocita. She just joined lj recently and if you want to add her to your lj friends list, shes really cool. I have known her from school a little over a year now, and i can say she has been an awesome friend in that time, and still is. Hehe Tiff, i love ya. We pretty much suffered through speech comm together and with all the pointless projects, blah blah blah, but we made it...and in 1 piece lol.
Lately, nothing much has been happening. Im on my last week of vacation before i go back to school. I will get to have that day on the 27th at good old 8am. Arrr...yeah, thats gonna be fun. Actually im kinda looking forward to Buff State in general since it will be a new place, new surroundings, and stuff like that. And finally, no more advisors that dont know their ass from a hole in a ground lol. Basically im my own advisor, which is nice. The only thing i have to do is get my classes signed off on. As the Staples commercial says, "now that was easy."
I was up till about 3am last night, and just didnt really fall asleep. It was the first day all vacation where i woke up after 12. Sleepage is good, especially when you can get any amount of it.
Yesterday i had to run out to Rochester to get a few things. Whats going on is that we are doing some minor work in the house right now, and of course the normal places around here dont have what we were looking for. The downside, Lowe's wont ship to this area, and they arent opening here until the end of the year, so we did the 1hr 15 min ride each way, but hell, it was ok.
Im looking to hang out with some friends within the next few weeks. irish_luck and spaztastic006, you guys are on my visit list. The thing im planning is to take a ride out to Syracuse/Cornell sometime soon since they are all right next to each other, so those 2 would get the visit the same day. Hehe, once you guys get settled in though, that is cool and just lemme know.
Tonight is going to be interesting. I have to work the 5-10 close which means hopefully ill be outta there by 10 at the absolute latest. Lately, hours have been cut back because its the slow time of the year (also was the same at Dick's) so its kinda nice in a way to be able to relax. Once school starts though, i should be able to pick up some more since ill have some more time to do that.
I finally got through to my bank to find out how much i have. The automated phone thing was screwed up the last 4 days, so i wanted to know. Im definitely broke, and i owe another payment for tuition in about 3 weeks. If i were to pay now, it would leave me with just $3 something left for several weeks. Thats definitely not good there since i just had to pay off a bunch of other crap. Now im down to just tuition and then 1 credit card. Thats not too bad. Hehe, i knew college always equaled debt, but never knew it could get real bad.
For those football lovers out there, we know who is going to be in the Super Bowl in 2 weeks. Its New England vs. Carolina playing in Houston. Ahh, Indy played pretty well but just couldnt get the ball down field enough, and Philadelphia just blew up last night. Lets see...1 of the Carolina players intercepted McNabb 3 out of 4 times yesterday, and they just blew. It was the 2nd year in a row that they had home field for the NFC championship game, and they lost. Oh man, now thats the first time ever in the NFL that it happened. The way they played yesterday, they deserved to lose.
My prediction...New England will win for the 2nd time in 3 years.

After today, im off until Friday, so that will kinda be interesting but will def get some time to do some things. Also, my mom is still looking for a job after getting fired for no reason, so shes still taking care of that and has some definite ideas on that. She will be fine.
Ive also gotten my first store support assignment, and it looks like i will go down to Middletown, NY in March to help open that store. Now that will be awesome. Maybe ill get to visit Em and NYC if i have some time.
