Above is a video from a recent TV program that I was a guest on yesterday.  I was focusing on the issue of estrogen saturation and the seriousness of having too much in your body.  I recently read about the concern of young males from being exposed to estrogen in food, water and chemicals and the effect on their prostates.

Yes, you read right, estrogen especially in the accumulative toxic levels that we are being exposed to is negatively impacting our children.

If I was a parent of children today, I would take all this very…very serious.  An interesting fact about estrogen is that due to the excessive exposure females can have reproductive organ dysfunction, including early menses and young boys can have reproductive challenges also with deficient masculine development.

I would suggest you eliminate soy, canned food and be aware of what type of containers you are drinking your water in.

I would not use Recycle No. 7 containers.  Young moms - be aware that sippy cups are notorious for having No. 7 as a part of the constituents.  You may want to watch my video on BPA.  Cans have a lining in them sourced from BPA which has estrogen in the make up.  Do not burn scented candles in your house.  I am bringing all this up because of the magnitude of new patients that I have who are suffering with body signals that can be directly related to toxic exposure.

Estrogen creates extra burden to the liver.

You want optimal liver function to have a pain free, healthy life.  Your liver is a key organ for longevity.
