171th. Berlin
The plane left 6am Wednesday morning, and we had checked in on out hostel about 9...
The door to the hostel bummed us out though, cuz it looked like this:
and the only indication that it was the right place was a super small note next to a doorbell xD The staircase smalled like piss and we were seriously considering just leaving and finding another place to live but... once you got inside it was super cozy and the staff and the other people there were really awesome. Best hostel I've been to so far - not that I've been to many xD but the Australian dude in our room said it was really good too and he'd been moving around for a couple of months so... yeah.
Then we went straight out to check out this abandoned amusement park that is places outside of Berlin, we actually saw the paris wheel when we took the train in from the airport...
We mostly went around it, my friend didn't want to go inside since there's this fence and a lot of signs telling that it's illegal... but I ran in for five minuets anyway.. since I had to touch this;
AAAH DINOSAUR! !! The best!! :D
Then we pretty much spent the rest of the day going through shops... I bought two new pair of sunglasses :D ...like always >_> and the coolest hat evah! and then some shirts and a pair of pants...

Oh, and I went to tacheles! Which was really awesome, loved the place - the whole backyard was covered in sand and the sun was shining and everything was just perfect <3
Looks kinda gray out in the picture tho... but that's probably cuz I may have taken it the day after when I strolled around and got lost and then found myself again... LOL
I found Berlin pretty cool, it seemed like a city that wasn't controlled in any way, just lived. No authority trying to make things right or such... which I found really comforting...
