Finally! Things are looking up for me for once! This has been truly an amazingly busy amazing week! First of all, I now have a bartending job at a local bar. Just to get some extra cash in my savings account which I recently opened. I'm gonna be working on Sundays from 11am-6pm. Not the best tip hours, but still... extra cash is extra cash. I was offered Friday nights, which would be better for the tips, but I opted not to do that, just in case I found a full time job, like I had been trying to do for the past few months. Well, I got a call this morning notifying me that OSI (a company that I had interviewed with and really wanted the job) would like to offer me the position. So of course I took it. YAY ME! I'm so excited. I get to start on November 21st, (I had to give my current employer 2 weeks notice, even though she knew I was looking for the job). I'll be makeing almost $4 more an hour than I am right now, and I'll be getting insurance benefits and the whole works. Everybody seems to be excited for me. The job isnt as a legal secretary, but its worth a start. I'm confident that I'll do a good job there, and I can't wait to start!!! I'm gonna miss my current job, but life moves on and sometimes you have to leave good things behind to get better things.
I got my hair cut and highlighted recently, and its so cute! I absolutely love it! I'll have Pete take some pictures of it this weekend and I'll try and remember to post them on here.
I've recently (at the dental office) taken over Sue's old hours and have trained Joe to take over my old ones. So now, I no longer work nights but days until my finaly day that is. So thats a good thing.
God! So much has happened, I can't remember it all... but this is the most exciting thing of it all. All the other stuff was mostly stress. Things are looking up!
I've got 2 jobs, me and Pete are really happy, (unlike my relationship with my ex because by now things were going down hill) Its been 5 months now since me and Pete began dating. Well, 5 months as of yesterday, and we are happy as ever. And according to my Aunt, she said she can tell. Hmmm interesting huh? Oh well, I love my Pete-air. I hope things keep on looking up, and finally settle down once I get into that job at OSI. Until then I think It'll be craziness. Oh well, I'm done rambling now. Sorry for the inconsistant banter. I just needed to get this all out.
I love you Pete!
