Juliet is about ready to tear her hair out. There's an air of tension and chaos in the air and she doesn't know if that little girl stirred something up or if she's missing something, but either way, her protective instincts are up and she thought being the last to know things was something three years gone.
But now there's an unconscious girl in the medical cabin, talks of someone being shot, and whispers that the monsters have been drawing back, and she doesn't know a damned thing. And the one person she's certain has to know, because she's the only other doctor here is Meredith, which is why there's a breathless Juliet running up to her, hair coming out of its messy string-tied ponytail, looking breathless and covering up exasperation.
