The Carnival is in full swing when the Kitsune Girl makes her appearance, although you might not notice. She bobs and weaves around her own carnival, her form shifting with her whims. Sometimes she's a teenage girl with a flute, sometimes she's a barker or a lion tamer, or a ringmaster. Sometimes she mingles among the crowds and plays the role of a tourist, a child. Sometimes she's even a tiny fox darting underfoot as she plots her next move.
She's on the hunt tonight and if she wants to find you, she fully intends to. She has debts to collect tonight, among other things.
