I don't intend to be rude, Agent Burke, but could you possibly explain your qualifications in a bit more detail? I'm not familiar with this FBI, so while I don't doubt your experience in something, I'm a bit confused as to what that something is.

I've headed up task forces dedicated to the pursuit of such offenders where I've had to coordinate efforts across individual state and international lines, and have extensive experience with logistics and coordination when it comes to large groups and agencies.
