That's a terrible idea. If anyone knew anything, do you really think they'd just be sitting around with their thumbs up their asses up until this point? No, they'd be doing something about all of this. Trying to get back home. They'd be doing more than just scraping by.

No one knows much of anything, and if anyone actually does, do you really think you can trust them or where they got their information?

There's a difference between a few dozen people trying to find their own way based on whatever small snapshot they've managed to get, and putting those pieces together for a bigger picture and a better perspective. Not to mention cross-referencing all the information means we can figure out what's bogus and what isn't.
